                  A draft resolution on Holocaust commemoration is gaining support among U.N. member states.
                  The document, called Holocaust Remembrance, already has at least 90 co-sponsors and is scheduled to be debated in the General Assembly on Monday. Those with knowledge of the draft resolution say they expect it will be passed by consensus.
