Dairy Kosher le-Pesach

The Ukrainian Kashrut Committee, based in Donetsk, arranged the production of the dairy
series "kosher le-Pesach" before the forthcoming holiday. All of the products belong to the category of "Halav Isroel", for which milking is performed under the direct supervision of an observant Jew. In addition, all the requirements concerning the absence of hamets (leaven) in the yeast and the ready product have been fulfilled.
In the current year, cultured milk foods were added for the first time to the kosher for Pesach dairy which was produced earlier - milk and butter. These foods are kefir, sour cream and cottage cheese, which of course will greatly diversify the festive menu of Ukrainian Jews.
