The project of intergovernmental agreement about providing the compensations to relatives of those perished at accident with TU-

Ukraine has transferred to Israeli party the project of intergovernmental agreement in respect of compensations to relatives of those perished at accident with aircraft TU-154 over Black Sea. It was informed on Tuesday during the joint press conference at Kiev. The statements have been done by the State Secretary of Ukrainian MFA in European integration, the head of Ukrainian interdepartmental commission in investigation the cause of the accident, Alexander Chaly, and Juridical Councilor of MFA of Israel Alan Baker.
A.Chaly informed the final agreement is planned to be worked out in November in Israel where Ukrainian experts will arrive. In December another round of negotiations between Ukraine and Israel will take place.
Ukrainian diplomat has also noted the parties were discussing the amount of compensation during the meeting. Though the sum granted as recompense, apparently, will be advised later.
The Juridical Councilor of MFA of Israel Alan Baker has shared this position.
