                  Last time Russian society shows less and less tolerance.
                  According to independent investigations, the number of crimes committed on base on race hostility in majority of Russian regions has increased during 2001. The facts of anti-Semitism, religious chaise and detestation to foreigners in Russia published in 250-page brochure demonstrate the System of Justice is not able to function efficiently.
                  The Council of former Soviet Jews (UCSJ) has worked out the information published in Washington last week. Russian version of it will be released next month.
                  Annual report contains hundreds of facts of hostility actions against foreigners, anti-Semitic acts, cases of religious chaise in most of Russian regions. During last two years UCSJ has created the system providing control on anti-Semitic movement in main Russian regions.
                  Another report about Russian anti-Semitism has been released by Antidiffamational League (ADL) and contained the facts proving expansion of anti-Semitic accidents. According to ADL, during first eight months of 2002 the number of incidents has increased compared to the same period of 2001.
