Yaroslavl Jewish Religious Community met the Rabbi Dovid Weis.

A meeting with Rabbi Dovod Weis was held in Yaroslavl Jewish Religious Community. The meeting was mostly attended by elder people under Hased Pahel wardship. An important winter topic of diseases was discussed.
Rabbi Weis has said diseases are the angels the Lord sends to people so that they do not lose fear, and keep on being afraid of Him. For where there is fear, there is love. For if a wife is not afraid of her husband, she neither loves nor respects him! If children are not afraid of the parents, these children neither love nor respect their parents!
It seems that not all those sneezing and coughing elder and young agreed with the opinion of the prominent Rabbi Weis. However, there was no dispute over the matter. Once the meeting was over, everyone went home in peace, having wished each other a good Sabbath.
