Orsk: a Russian MP meets representatives of the Jewish community.
07.03.2003 At the beginning of March, V.Volkova, a Russian MP, met the heads of the national and cultural centers of the town of Orsk, as well as journalists, and representatives of the city administration. The meeting was held in the Jewish Cultural Center. The topics of vital importance for the city, such as ethnic policy and the national and cultural centers' activities, were discussed. The necessity of creating similar Houses of Ethnic Friendship, just like the one to appear soon in Orsk, was also discussed.
